Off-Season Yoga For Hockey Players | Morning Yoga Workout


Welcome back to CBD Yoga And Fitness and welcome to the second video in our brand new Off-Season Yoga For Hockey Players Series. Today’s video is 20 Minute Yoga Workout and is great to do first thing in the morning to start your day. This Hockey Yoga Workout does not require any props and is great to do whether you are advanced or a complete beginner to yoga. Throughout this video we will be combining yoga poses with HIIT exercises to create the perfect balance in your morning yoga workout. Put on a pot of coffee, grab some water and lets get started!

Adding yoga to your hockey training program can have tremendous benefits both mentally and physically. Some benefits include increased strength and flexibility as well as confidence and mental alertness.
