Welcome to the 9th video in our Yin Yoga Series. If it’s your first time here at CBD Yoga And Fitness, welcome 🙂 Today’s video is a 25 minute yin yoga for flexibility sequence. This yin yoga class is great for beginners and yogis of all levels. In this video, we will be targeting the legs, hips and spine providing a deep full body stretch and promoting flexibility. We won’t be using any props in this video, all you need is a mat and some water. Flexibility is just one of many benefits of yin yoga; some other benefits include stillness, reduce stress and anxiety, increases circulation and improves joint mobility.
